Massage Therapy

Our therapeutic relaxation massage is a combination of various Swedish movements including effleurage, gliding, kneading and friction applied with the aromatic oils of plants. This massage increases circulation and lymph drainage, removes waste products and toxins from the body, relieves sore muscles, and provides deep relaxation to both the body and the mind. Deep tissue massage and Shiatsu (pressure points) are also offered, as well as Sports, Prenatal and Infant massage. Please ask for our massage brochure for more information and fees.

Physio-emotional release therapy "PERT"

A gentle, non-obtrusive way of releasing stress, tension, anger, and emotional pain. Our bodies remember emotional pain and abuse and sometimes we get "stuck" in an emotion that hinders our well-being and stops our physical healing. "Pert" helps the body to release pent-up, repressed, sometimes forgotten emotions in a healthy way that produces a feeling of relief and allows you to move ahead into a healthier life. It helps you to understand why you make the decisions you do and helps you create healthier relationships. If you feel irritable, tense, angry, keep making the same mistakes over and over, if you cry when you should be laughing, or have a difficult time forgiving... "Pert" may be your answer. Clients are required to commit to at least three sessions. Sessions last one and a half - two hours in length and must be paid in advance. Please call for fees.

Ear Candling

Ear candling is used primarily for cleaning the ears and to promote a healthy atmosphere in the ears, sinus cavities, and throat. The process can assist with post nasal drip, sinusitis, migraines, and some forms of hearing loss. Please call for fees.
